Fruit Chia Pudding in Cocoa 100% Organic

We share this great recipe so that you can start the day with energy and keep your insulin and glycemia stable and do not need to chop between meals.
Chia is a seed that has 👉🏻 a lot of fibre, antioxidants, is rich in calcium, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.

It has no gluten, keeps your blood sugar levels stable, regulates your gut microbiota.

It will give you a lot of satiety and help decrease the cravings / cravings for sweet

Ingredients:

To prepare the portion you see in the video you will need:

  • 200 ml organic vegetable milk
  • 3 cdas organic chia seeds
  • 1 tc of organic cocoa tea
  • 1 tc of organic cinnamon tea
  • 1 tc of organic coconut scales
  • You can sweeten with ecological stevia or organic agave at ease
  • Organic nuts and organic fruit to decorate (I chose organic red fruits that have low fructose content).

Procedure:

Mix the milk with chia seeds cinnamon cocoa and coconut scales and leave the cup all night in the fridge.

Once the seeds release the mucilags and the preparation is thick, add the coconut scales the fruit and nuts and fruit, and enjoy the Chia Pudding in Cocoa with 100% organic fruit.

Optional mani butter and chi seeds to decorate.
