The semi-cured vegan cheese with white wine reduction is vegetable cheese VEGGIE KARMA with a touch of acidity. We use a certified vegan white wine (without clarifications of animal origin) of Chardonnay grapes. During its curing process, which can last between 5 and 8 weeks, the acidity of the wine is mixed with our soft flavor base for a balanced result.
