Cous Cous Blanc
The cous cous is traditionally made with semolina from the hard part of the ground trigo without reaching the point of the harina.
This is a suggested dish for a balanced diet if the right proportions are eaten apart from being a good source of nutrients and is considered an exotic dish despite its simple preparation, it can be cooked in its traditional pot called couscous or in a common pot.

Employment mode:
Put in a container 60 g of cous cous per serving approximately. Add equal volume of hot water or vegetable broth, cover and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes, add a drift of oil and stir, peel with the help of a tener.
