Couscous made with pre-cooked durum wheat semolina of superior quality. It can be taken as cold in salads as tabular or hot accompanied by vegetables, chickpeas, etc.
Ingredients: Durum whole wheat semolina*, water. Organic farming. Allergens: Traces : Tramussos and prod. Based on lupins Traces : Peanuts Traces : Nuts with gluten shell Traces : Sesame and prod. Sesame-based Traces : Soy and derivatives
Instructions: Place in a container 60 g of cous cous per serving approximately. Add equal volume of hot water, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Peel off the cous cous with the help of a fork. If you prefer, you can lightly roast the couscous beforehand.
Conservation:Store in a cool, dry place.
