Fair trade organic coconut cream is premium. Certificate Demeter, it is extracted from robust and tasty coconuts grown biodynamically in its region of origin, western Sri Lanka. 220 small farmers harvest them by hand, according to a very precise calendar, dictated by the cycle of the earth, the sun and the moon.
Coconut cream has a fat content of 23%. It is a wonderful vegetable alternative to whipping cream! It is also fashionable for preparing pancakes, smoothies, banana bread and other cheesecakes. Iippee!

Is coconut cream frozen? Don’t panic!
Coconut cream solidifies if the temperature is cool. To homogenize it, simply leave the can near a heat source and shake it well before use.
The gourmet coconut cream recipe
Put the can in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Beat cream for 1 min, gradually add the equivalent of 2 tablespoons. In the S. Sucre organic luster. Continue emulsifying for 5 min. Enjoy a cold drink with seasonal fruits.
