Puff pastry dough gluten-free, dairy free and palm oil pack 250 g.
INGREDIENTS: Puff pastry mix (cornstarch, sugar, xanthan gum, salt, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, monocalcic phosphate, sorbic acid and vitamin C), palm-free vegetable margarine, coconut and shea vegetable fat, water, sunflower vegetable oil, monkey and fatty acid diglycerides of vegetable origin, salt, citric acid, sorbic acid, aroma and colouring (beta carotene) and water.
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 220oC for 10 minutes.
2. Unroll the dough with its baking paper and spread it on the chosen mold.
3. Fill the dough, with sweet or savory ingredients to taste, and cook until the dough is golden (30-40 min.).
IMPORTANT: It can be frozen (-18oC) before its expiration. Consume before 4 months
Once thawed, do not freeze again. CONSERVATION: 00 to 4 0C
