Ghee Butter Clarified Vegetable Bio is a processed anhydrous dairy fat from butter to separate water and dairy solids from butyric fat.
Indication: It is a type of lightened butter, star ingredient of Ayurvedic cuisine. Heated for a long time at a low temperature, the components of butter are separated and then filtered, only pure fatty matter is preserved – ghee. This gives you a smoky and sweet taste reminiscent of walnut. Ghee resists cooking better than fresh butter and is better preserved.
Instructions for use: It is used for smearing or frying, also in rice dishes giving a delicious flavor. Suitable for lactose intolerant people.
