Muria brand flower honey is the first honey in Europe to come from sustainable forests with PEFC certification.

Beekeepers collect flower honey from PEFC certified lands. In these forests, controlled actions are carried out to favor the ecosystem and biodiversity, respecting their chain of custody.
Honey is treated in the same way at the time of packaging, since its packaging is 100% plastic-free, being both the lid and the label made of cardboard and paper with PEFC certification and the crystal jar, so that the customer can give it a second use.

-Color: Amber, from light to dark.

-Aroma: Floral, intense and persistent.

-Production area: Warm limestone areas of Catalonia and east and south of the Iberian Peninsula on land with PEFC certification.

-Technological treatments: Packaged at room temperature, heated to temperatures below 45 °.

-Shelf life of the product: Two years, and not exceeding 40 mg/kg HMF.

-Taste: Sweet dominant, sometimes with sour or savory notes.

Instructions for use: Take alone or dissolved in drinks, cold or hot. Also as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals.

Warnings: Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Presence of flowering characteristic of the Iberian Peninsula: legumes (Fabaceae), and, with variable frequencies, may be missing in those of some areas, of jaras and steppes (Cistaceae), compounds (Asteraceae), cruciferous (Brassicaceae), ericáceas (Ericaceae) phagoceas (Fagaceae) labiadas (* Lamiaceae) rosaceae (Rosaceae). Absence of blooms not characteristic of the Iberian Peninsula.
