Properties: infusion to take care of your respiratory system, calms cough and helps open the respiratory tract. Hyssop (expectorant, mucolytic and antitusive), Mint (opens the respiratory tract and decongests them) and Serpoll (natural antiseptic and antiinfectious, soothes cough and is expectorant).
Preparation: heat water to 95ºC, infuse 5 minutes with lid so as not to lose aromas and enjoy it. Ideal to take it hot, or very cold in hot weather. Add gels and refresh your body healthily.
