Properties: relaxing infusion, calms the nervous system and promotes rest. In addition, hibiscus provides antioxidant properties to your body and promotes the elimination of toxins thanks to its diuretic properties.
Preparation: heat water to 95ºC, infuse 5 minutes with lid so as not to lose aromas and enjoy it. Ideal to take it hot, or very cold in hot weather. You can go through cold maceration for 8 hours. Add gels and refresh your body healthily.
