Properties: infusion to regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce accompanying pain and reduce the effects of pre and menopause. Sage (considered the woman’s plant, regulates hormonal changes in climaterium and menopause), Polyol Mint (emenagogue and anti-inflammatory, promotes menstruation and soothes pain) and Melissa (antispasmodic and analgesic).

Preparation: heat water to 95ºC, infuse 5 minutes with lid so as not to lose aromas and enjoy it. Ideal to take it hot, or very cold in hot weather. Add gels and refresh your body healthily.
