Muria Acacia honey is collected by bees in the lands where acacia flower dominates. It is a very light amber colour and has a slightly persistent floral aroma with floury notes.
Indication: It combines well with light dairy products such as fresh cheeses or yogurt, and soft desserts (fruits such as apple and pear, sponge cakes …).
Instructions: Alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations.
PRODUCTION AREA: Origin: Romania.
PRODUCTION SEASON: Late spring.
TECHNOLOGICAL TREATMENTS: Heating to less than 45ºC.
SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT: Two years, and not exceeding 40mg/Kg HMF.
