Made in a workshop that uses: crustaceans, sesame, fish, soybeans, dairy products, nuts and sulphites.
Product packaged in cane/sugarcane tray 93.5% and PLA 6.5%. Thermosealed with 100% Biodegradable film
The exterior color is white corresponding to the flour with which the dough is made and slightly translucent, the interior is a compound where the color of the main ingredient with which the mochi is made is clearly appreciated.
It has a pleasant smell that responds to the fresh ingredients with which it is made.
The product can be presented in frozen or refrigerated form.
The product must be stored at a temperature
between 1 and 4 degrees in the case of refrigerated product. When it comes to the
frozen product, this must be stored at a temperature between -20 to -18
