Provienen from the certified organic aquaculture of bivalve molluscs of Galicia, which develops in harmony with the environment helping to promote the sustainability of the species, while helping to maintain families with a long seafaring tradition.

Mejillones are collected from mussels located in the Ría de Arousa, on the west coast of the Iberian Peninsula, characterized by its deep and clear waters, with a high content of natural nutrients and grown on ropes of 12m in length for a period of one year, which allows it to develop an exceptional size and particular taste.

Scabeche made with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, paprika, onion and garlic, all from certified organic farming. Organic ingredients certified by BCS Öko-Garantie (Nürenberg, Germany) and Spanish authority for the control of organic production: SE-GA-ES/CRAEGA, Regulatory Council of Organic Production of Galicia. Produced under the rules of the European Regulation for organic production EU 834/2007.
