How do you cook your Thai rice tagliatelles?
It’s simple and super fast:
Immerse Thai rice noodles in a large volume of boiling water, cook for 4 minutes. Drain. Your noodles are ready to enjoy them as they are or to happily jump into your wok!
Tips:
To save time while cooking a casserole, soak the noodles in water for 30 minutes. Just immerse them in the boiling sauce for a few minutes at the end of cooking before serving.
If you cook the noodles in boiling water, rinse them after draining – they will not stick and you can incorporate them directly into your sauce.
