The olives of the table variety “Bella di Cerignola” represent an excellence of the gastronomic tradition of the company. This beautiful variety of Pugliese takes its name from the municipality of Cerignola, in the province of Foggia, where it is grown in a small area of the “Daunia” area.
Very short supply chain: harvested exclusively by hand and processed a few hours after harvest, which allows you to savor a pulpose product with a typical flavor, seasoned according to the old Apulia recipe.
Ingredients: Green olives, water, salt, citric acid.
Use: Ideal as an appetizer or as a seasoning for salads, bruschetta, pizzas, first and second corse based on meat or fish.
Conservation: Store at room temperature and away from heat sources. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
