Once the person is comfortably seated, support the head on a table and insert in ear, superficially, the thinnest part of the Otosan CON, keeping it ALWAYS upright. If it is well placed, smoke should NOT come out between the ear and the Otosan CON. When the flame has consumed the CON Otosan to the protective ring, remove it from the ear and turn it off in a glass of water. Repeat the operation in the other ear. As a preventive hygienic practice, it is advisable to use the CON Otosan, once a month, always according to individual requirements.
