Wash the rice and cook it in the proportion of 2 measures of water for one of rice with a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil for 25 minutes. Once cooked, let stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources.
