Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended daily dose for adults: As a food supplement, apply four (4) sprays per day (equivalent to 100mg of Vitamin C). Do not exceed the recommended dose. Its excessive consumption can produce a laxative effect.
