Put to boil 1.5 liters of slightly salty water. When the water is boiling, add the rice and simmer for 35-40 minutes. Brighten it with extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, gomasio or other seasoning. Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources. Packaging in a protective atmosphere
