This cocoa cream is suitable for celiacs, lactose intolerant, people allergic to cow’s milk protein (APLV) and nuts. We have a demanding protocol to avoid cross-contamination, both temporally and spatially, different areas and machinery for the manufacture of allergenic products. The warehouses are also separated. Thus being the risk of cross-contamination practically zero.
