Vegan and lactose-free diet. Franckenkorn and Zollernspelz are the varieties of spelt used for the elaboration of the vegetable drink of Natumi. They come from regional crops and are of organic quality.
Ingredients: water, wholemeal * scanning (17%), sunflower oil, sea salt.
How I use it: Thirst soothing when it’s either cold, either pure or mixed with delicious fruit or vegetable juices.
As a hot drink, it is also suitable for consumption, baking or cooking.
