Hatcho Miso Bio, versatile Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans.

Ideal as a substitute for the broth tablet. This gluten-free miso is made from soy beans and koji, and its flavor is very intense. Making hatcho miso requires a lot of dedication, patience and experience. Fermentation lasts no less than 2 years. Not pasteurized. Gluten free. Also delicious in bread, in combination with peanut butter. Product with organic food certification.

Instructions: As a condiment in dishes (miso) soups, meat, fish and vegetables, or as a base for sauces.

Ingredients: Soya, water, salt, koji yeast.

Nutritional values per 100 grams: Energy: 875 kJ / 209kcal. Proteins: 22 g. Carbohydrates: 11 g (Sugar: 0.6 g). Fats: 6.6 g Fiber: 7.7 g . Salt: 9.5 g.
