Rosemary Honey 500g Muria

CULINARY USE: Rosemary honey combines well with salads, especially green leaves, and light dairy: fresh cheeses, yogurt, herbal teas and fruit salads. Very suitable for use with unsheated, fried cod, and dishes cooked with lamb meat.

COLOUR: White to light amber.

AROMA: Intense but soft, characteristic. Medium persistence, floral with alcanforado tones. If you bring almond trees, the nasal aromas increase. If it is rich in legumes, the aroma is flour. Sweet taste, sometimes with light acidic notes.

WAY OF USE: Sole or dissolved in drinks, cold or hot. Also as an ingredient in the elaboration of all kinds of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations for the cudado of people and animals.

PRODUCTION AREA: Limestone and warm areas of Catalonia and East and South of the Iberian Peninsula
