Melva fillets. In biological extra virgin olive oil. Handcrafted production. Very compact and pink meat. Fine and unctuous taste. Origin: D.O. Andalusia. Fishing system: extractive. Melva is a blue fish, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. It is an excellent source of proteins and minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, iron and iodine) and vitamins of group B, A and D.
