Properties and benefits of Omega 3 High Concentration
Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids. They are called essential because the organism is not able to produce them on its own. Omega-3 Double Concentration contains the most important types of omega 3, EPA (eicosapentanoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanoic acid). They are commonly found in oily fish such as sardine, mackerel and salmon. Both EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This product features a balance of omega-3 fatty acids and is molecularly distilled to remove mercury.

How to use: Solgar recommends taking 4 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
Ingredients: Concentrated cold water fish oil (which provides Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)). Softgel capsule: gelatin (bovine), vegetable glycerin (palm seed oil and coconut oil); Antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols (Vitamin E).
