The Alci Nero potato puree is made with 100% Italian and organic potatoes, grown in the most suitable fields of Italy, with climate and soil characteristics optimal for the ripening of the product. Our mashed potatoes is very versatile in the kitchen, perfect by adding milk, butter and Parmesan cheese to prepare a tasty purée, or as a basis for making other delicious recipes.
Once harvested, the potatoes go through different processes, first wash and then boil to form a soft purée. Afterwards, the mashed potatoes are frozen and packed in 100% recyclable paper bags.
