Here you have a very original spirulina format that will allow you to take advantage of the properties of this verdiazul microalgae almost without realizing it.

These are small noodles or sticks of pure 100% organic spirulina that you can add to a salad, a smoothie, a yogurt, a toast, a vegetable cream or whatever you want.

Rich in vitamins and minerals, Spirulina is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, improves lipid profile, regulates blood pressure and blood glucose and modulates the immune system.

It also has a magnificent property for the skin, which is to prevent skin aging induced by UVB rays.

Our spirulina has been meticulously grown in fresh water, harvested first thing in the morning, when its pigment content is highest, and subjected to a natural drying process below 40ºC. This allows to keep intact its properties, while guaranteeing a very mild flavor, nothing to do with that of other algae that taste like… alga.

Instructions for use:
Add up to 5 grams a day (1 tablespoon soup) to your salads, yogurts, creams, smoothies…

The only condition is that you do not heat it, high temperatures cause the loss of nutrients (yes you can add it to a hot dish once it is on the table).

Contraindications
In the following cases, spirulina consumption should be ruled out:

In case of phenylketonuria.
People who have problems altering blood clotting, with or without taking medication.
Before and after surgery, due to its anticoagulant effect.
People with problems with uric acid, gout or severe renal failure, due to their amount of protein and purines.
Pregnant or breastfeeding people, since the mobilization of heavy metals is not indicated at these stages of life.
People who need to control their B12 levels, such as vegan or vegetarian people. Much of the vitamin B12 it contains is not in its active format, is a vitamin B12 analogue, and this can alter analytical values.
