The IRIS organic durum wheat semolina paste has been designed to stimulate the imagination and appetite of the little ones. Ideal to enjoy in broth, excellent also for soups. The mixture of durum wheat with which they are made guarantees optimal resistance to cooking. The durum wheat used to produce IRIS semolina stars is Italian and is grown directly within the supply chain itself. It is produced with a mixture of grains carefully selected by them from their own harvest, to guarantee a product with a high nutritional value and optimal resistance to cooking. The entire preparation fully responds to the traditional method, with bronze drawing (bronze matrices are used), to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous paste, ideal for absorbing and enhancing the sauces.
