These general conditions of sale regulate the online sales process of the website www.linverd.com, owned by LINVERD MARKET, S.L.
The use of the linverd website, attributes the condition of user of the linverd website (hereinafter, the “User or Client”) and expresses the full and unreserved agreement of the User to each and every one of the Terms and Conditions, with respect to the version published by linverd at the time of the User’s access to the linverd website since they may undergo modifications. Therefore, the User must carefully read the content of these Terms and Conditions, on each of the occasions in which he intends to use the linverd website. In any case, the Terms and Conditions that were exposed on the linverd website at the time the User makes use of the services provided by linverd through the linverd website will be considered valid and applicable.

The User declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as to have read and understood the content thereof. Products and Prices
The products offered on Linverd, along with their features and price will appear on the screen. The price of the products can be indicated by units, by weight or fractions of weight. In any case, the User indicates the quantity required by increasing unitarily until reaching the desired units of purchase. To facilitate this process in weighable products, the approximate weight per unit is indicated.
The prices indicated on the website are in euros and include VAT and any other tax that is out of application and will be in force at all times, except for typographical error.
The products published on the Linverd website will be able to show variations in the different languages and against the prices of the products in the store. The user considers that some product has an inadequate price, has the email account linverd@linverd.com to inform us.
Linverd, reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any user or any product on the website for reasons of availability, temporality or modifications of products in the online sales service.
The images accompanying the products offered are illustrative and may be modified at any time without notice.
The information on the composition of the products, ingredients, notices and nutritional information may be modified by the manufacturers and Linverd is not responsible for any differences that may occur with respect to the information that appears physically declared in the product itself, so it is recommended to review this information on the labels of the products themselves.
Purchase of products: to proceed with the purchase of Products, the products you wish to purchase must be added to the Shopping Cart and once all the products have been chosen, the delivery date will be validated and the purchase will be accepted, which implies the reading and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of these general terms and conditions, as well as, where appropriate, of the existing particular conditions, which will be informed to the User before accepting the purchase of the products and it is recommended that the User registers on the web to have access to the orders.
Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by users of legal age, or what is the same, who are over 18 years of age. By accepting these General Terms of Use, the User expressly states that: he is of legal age; and will provide your identification by means of the DNI or equivalent supporting document at the time of delivery of the service, so that you can verify your age of majority, a necessary condition to be able to deliver any order that includes alcoholic beverages.
Availability and Substitutions:
Linverd will always try to fulfill all orders by maintaining all the products ordered but if any of the products are not available. will communicate with the customer to be able to replace it, paying or charging the difference or cancel it and proceed to its payment.
Linverd reserves the right to cancel an order if it considers that the right conditions are not in place to carry out a viable transport, mainly fresh or frozen food, since it is essential not to break the cold chain between our facilities and the customer’s home.
Payment method
The payment of the products by the User can be made by payment by credit card (Visa and Master Card) and Bizum, provided that he has sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through the Web at the time the purchase is made
In the event that payment by credit card is not accepted by the payment platform, the User’s order will be canceled.
The data recorded by Linverd constitute proof of the transactions made between Linverd and the Users and your order will be confirmed by sending an email.
The payment systems by credit card and Bizum are managed by a payment gateway of CAIXABANK and Global Payment The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the servers of the bank and, subsequently, are verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.
This data entry procedure is guaranteed by ssl (Secure Socket Layer) -128-bit encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information related to the bank details entered by the User.
Only the Financial Institution that owns the payment gateway has access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so Linverd does not know or record these data during the payment transaction or at any other time.
In order to guarantee the greatest security to our customers, Linverd reserves the right to request the documents corresponding to the identity and means of payment of the User, prior to the delivery of the order.
The User who wants the invoice, must request it in advance before finalizing the purchase. This will reach you at the email address provided in PDF format to download later.
Transportation Rate
The transport amounts are calculated for each case based on the type of products and the postal code of delivery based on the total amount of purchase including VAT, these transport amounts are reflected in the section Shipping conditions published on the same website of lInverd.com https://linverd.com/es/condiciones-de-envio/
The customer can cancel his order up to one day before the appointed time to receive the goods, because this is the minimum period of preparation and displacement between our store to the customer’s home.
Deliveries, cancellations and return or refund policy
Deliveries: The user must mark the place of delivery of the order, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered and contact telephone number.

In the event that the User provides a delivery address that is not correct, Linverd shall have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the registered User, reserving the right to cancel the purchase.
The delivery time is 24-48h and the user can choose another delivery date if it is longer than this deadline and Linverd will always make its best efforts for its delivery in a timely manner.
Deliveries are considered to have been made from the availability of the product to the customer at the place indicated by him for the delivery of the order at the time of contracting.
In the event that Linverd is prepared to make a delivery at an agreed time to a User and this was not present at the time of delivery, without having communicated it and preventing the delivery of the same, the client will be given the option to deliver it to a neighbor or place in the same farm or designate, within the same day, another time slot, provided that you have availability or the amount of the purchase will be refunded to the aforementioned User, subtracting in any case from the corresponding amount, the expenses that would have been caused as a result of transport and / or the preparation of the purchase by it, as well as the return or product costs that by their nature cannot be returned
In the event that your order arrives damaged or any product could be damaged, it is important that you indicate the incident by email to the address linverd@linverd.com or by calling the 683118961 within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the merchandise.
Cancellation: The customer can cancel his order up to one day before the scheduled time of delivery, or designate another nearby address (neighbors or in the same farm), if he foresees that finally he will not be at the address planned to receive the merchandise.
Returns or refunds: If the customer receives the order and is not satisfied, he has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return, except in those products that have a shorter expiration period or must be kept cold and the cold chain has not been respected.
If the reason for the return is due to a failure of Linverd (the product is defective, it is not the one that had been ordered, etc.), Linverd is responsible for the costs of collecting or paying them.
If the reason is different (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), Linverd will study the case and may pay the cost of the products except for the costs of the return that will be borne by the customer.
Linverd will accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box or bag with which it was sent, or failing that in some similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

The goods to be returned will be, always and in any case, unused, except as provided in article 79 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
In accordance with current legislation (article 103 of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), the foregoing shall not apply, among other cases, to:
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, products opened and / or partially consumed.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Linverd at 242 Provença Street, 0880n Barcelona of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement stating it, (for example, a letter sent by post or an email to linverd@linverd.com) requesting withdrawal.
