Herbamare has the perfect balance of salt and vegetables. Everything is made to respect the aromas: the salt is mixed with the fresh vegetables finely cut
After slow maceration, the mixture of salt and vegetables is dried at a mild temperature in a vacuum oven. This is how aromas and mineral salts are preserved. Herbamare is enriched with iodine-rich “Kelp” Pacific seaweed.
Herbamare is packaged in biodegradable cardboard jars and a recyclable plastic stopper.
Herbamare replaces common salt to season meat, fish, vegetables, soups, sauces, eggs, etc.
