L’Amarga is an organic spring heather honey.
Honey collected by bees in May and June in the mountains of Anguiano, La Rioja. In its floral composition, early heather (erica australis) predominates, and to a lesser extent thyme, bramble and broom.
Very aromatic, intense floral honey, with marked earthy notes.
Sweet taste, with persistent bitter notes and other lighter salty notes.
For bold palates.
