The base of Kombucha is water, cane sugar and green tea of the Lung Ching variety. From there we add coldpress juices of fruits, vegetables and roots or infusions. All ingredients are organically produced.

Do not need to be kept in the refrigerator. Store in a cool, dry place, away from a heat source and lum.
Do not shake. Open carefully.
If you find solids at the bottom of the blister, stir them gently when you are finishing it. They are the yeasts that have been left loose and have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm on the neck of the blister it is the mother or SCOBY of Kombucha, from which this wonderful drink is born.
Serve very cold. Alone or accompanied by fruit juices or green juices. It is also ideal for creating cocktails with and without alcohol.
