The situation, the mountainous environment and the water quality of the crops (headwaters of the Segura and the World from mountainous areas) influence the high quality of rice. Brown rice preserves edible shells and rice germs by providing fiber, amino acids and nutrients to food. Presented in a bag of clothes. Variety: Balilla x Sollana.

Use: Wash with cold water and cook with water: 1 part rice with 2-2.5 water. Cooking: 5 minutes over high heat, 40 minutes approx. over minimum heat and 10 minutes of rest.
