Beef bone broth boils slowly for up to 20 hours, which releases valuable nutrients like collagen and amino acids from bones. For beef bone broth, 100% organic bones that come from organic cattle raised on pasture are used.
We make a homemade vegetable broth with organic vegetables as the base for our meat broth. Most of our ingredients come from the Chiemgau region of southern Bavaria, where we also produce. The broth tastes as delicious as a long-cooked meat broth or beef broth, but it also provides the valuable nutrients of beef bones.
