Vegetable broth of Santiveri is a preparation based on dehydrated vegetables (chives, poro, carrot, tomato, cabbage, perejil). It is used to make vegetable consomés, vegetable soups, as well as flavoring of various culinary dishes (stews, purees, pastas, paellas, vegetables, sauces).
Indication
It is based on non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt, extracts of soy and wood proteins, maiz’s almidon, sugar, aromas, vegetables: celery, tomato, chives, puerro, carrot, spices, turmeric and rosemary extract.
Modo de empleo:
It is recommended to disolver two pills in a liter of hirviendo water.
