Cultivated for centuries by Japanese farmers, burdock root is one of the most used in Japan. It is made following the traditional conservation method: the root is cut into thin strips then put to dry in the sun.
Ingredients: Dehydrated burdock root*.
Allergens: It may contain traces of sesame and gluten.

Use: Leave it in soaking water for half an hour and then add it in soups or cooked by boiling it for about 2 or 3 minutes. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
