The new Vrie de Väcka is a soft paste quëso with a soft, creamy texture and fresh and floral aroma of rusty bark and ripened for 1 month at constant temperature and humidity.
Perfect to accompany with sweets, fruits or chutney and a red wine with Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon character.
It can also be used in hot dishes, such as gratenas, pastas, pizzas, etc.
It is made on the basis of cashew nuts, filtered water and ferments of vegetable origin.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts* (39%), water, salt, ferments, nutritional yeast*, coconut oil*, deodorated cocoa butter*, agave*. It may contain traces of almonds, peel fruits and springs.
