Latte is the older brother of a cappuccino, where everything revolves around a soft, silky foam. Typically, a latte consists of a single or double espresso (1/3 of the drink) and 2/3 of the drink is steamed milk with a small layer (about 1 cm) of foamed milk.

How do I prepare my perfect Latte?

We recommend pouring hot water over 4 to 6 tablespoons of powder and mixing well. Drink very hot.
