The animals grow freely on small farms and are fed exclusively with products from organic farming. During their upbringing, they are not given any kind of antibiotic.
It is recommended to open 10 minutes before consumption. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
May contain traces of soybean derivatives.
Once opened, consume within 3 days. Keep between 0°C and 5°C. If the product is not going to be consumed in the next 15 days, you can freeze the product in its container and when you want to consume it it is thawed in the unopened refrigerator.
Ingredients: Pork ham (91%) with organic certificate, Water, Salt, Organic summer truffle, Organic sugar, Organic aroma and Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid).
