Properties: relaxing infusion, calms the nervous system and promotes rest. Lavender (sedative and soothing), Melissa (calms stress levels and relieves insomnia), Savory (balances the nervous system)
Preparation: heat water to 95ºC, infuse 5 minutes with lid so as not to lose aromas and enjoy it. Ideal to take it hot, or very cold in hot weather. Add gels and refresh your body healthily.
