Usage tips
Serve very cold. Only or accompanied by fruit juices or green juices. It is also ideal for creating alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
If you find positions at the bottom of the bottle, stir gently when it is finished. They are yeasts and have many healthy properties. If you find a biofilm on the neck of the bottle it is the mother or kombucha SCOBY, from which this wonderful drink is born.
Do not shake. Open carefully.
Conservation
It does not need cold storage. Store in a cool, dry place, away from a source of heat and light.
