Tradició Free is a rustic bread of 750 g, gluten and lactose free, suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. It is made with natural ferments and a selection of organic flours such as rice and carob. It contains flaxseed.

Flaxseed is one of the most abundant plant sources of omega-3. In addition, the fiber it contains is antioxidant and beneficial for digestion. Our breads improve digestion as it makes it lighter and more effective, helping in the process of absorption of nutrients by our body.
