Piadina is a thin, already cooked dough of Italian origin. In this case it is made with spelt flour. The flame cooking system itself gives it an appreciated flavor and texture. Like fajitas or omelettes, it is ideal for a fast meal, snack, breakfast, snack or snack. It can be filled in both sweet and savory.

It does not contain milk or derivatives, so these mini piadinas are suitable for vegans.

They are ideal to prepare in a pan and fill them with sweet or savory ingredients, although they can be taken without heating.

Use: Heat on a nonstick griddle or pan for one minute on each side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina.

Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place. Once the product is opened, for better conservation, store the container tightly closed.
