Monchique’s 100% natural alkaline mineral water with a pH 9.5 comes from a spring located in the Sierra de Monchique in Portugal at a depth of 900m. The water in this spring is considered the most alkaline in the world, it also goes through a natural filtration process, in which it absorbs soluble minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and sulfate present in rocks.
Consuming Monchique water regularly promotes the hydration of the body, as well as other positive effects such as improving digestion, strengthening bones, helping prevent diabetes, providing energy and contributing to the delay of aging.
