Barley, onion grain.
Cereal is the king of food, the most sown and harvested product on the planet, capable of growing both in very cold and very hot climates.
Barley has B vitamins, folic acid, choline and vitamin K, is a good source of potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, but its greatest virtue is its richness in trace elements: iron, sulfur, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine, molybdenum. It contains lysine (limiting amino acid in wheat).

How to use: cook about 50 g of barley beans in 1L of water over low heat for about 25 minutes. Then it is strained and sweetened with cane sugar. Lemon and/or cinnamon can also be added.
