Instructions: Take 1 capsule a day with breakfast.
Composition: Microcrystalline cellulose (binding agent), dry extract 10:1 cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume bark), vegetable gelatin, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vitamin B5: pantothenic acid (calcium dpantothenate), chromium (chromium picolinate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (ribofl poultry), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B9: folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), *magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
Amount contributed per daily dose: 1 capsule provides 100 mg of dry extract 10:1 of cinnamon, 200 μg of chromium (500% *NRV*), 1.1 mg of vitamin B1: thiamine (100% *NRV*), 1.4 mg of vitamin B2: *ribofol *avine (100% *NRV*), 6 mg of vitamin B5: *ác. Pantothenic (100% NRV), 1.4 mg of vitamin B6: pyridoxine (100% NRV), 200 μg of vitamin B9: folic acid (100% NRV*)and 2.5 μg of vitamin B12: cyanocobalamin (100% NRV).
