Its light flavor of ripe avocado and its denser texture than olive oil make it the ideal condiment to add to salads, prepare sauces or drizzle over already cooked vegetables to give them more flavor and creaminess. Additionally, avocado oil can be used for baking, slow cooking, or up to temperatures of 255º C.
This oil is cold pressed at temperatures below 45º C to preserve the natural properties of the avocado.
Among other benefits, high levels of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, lutein, CoQ10 and plant sterols stand out.
