Having tried and prepared all the recipes and variants of ginger beer in the world (Jamaican, Corfu tsitsibir, Australian, English, etc…), here is the one that really seduced us, with lemon and ginger flavor without the spiciness, greatly diminished by fermentation.
To drink just to refresh, but really a marvel in mixology, to prepare a probiotic and anti-hangover live cocktail.
Keep it cool and protected from light. Do not shake and be careful when opening. It really is a living product! To open and serve like champagne: ready glasses and inclined bottle.
