Activated carbon is a food supplement based on activated carbon with absorbent and purifying properties. It also contains FOS, plant extracts (anise, fennel) and bacterial strains (Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus plantarum). It is recommended to take 2 capsules after meals, 1-3 times a day. It does not replace a balanced diet and its consumption should be avoided along with medicines or fiber. It is advisable to keep it cool, dry and away from sunlight.
Gluten and lactose free, I took one tablet a day with meals and counted 150 mg of magnesium per dose.
